Workplace Wellness Since 2011.

Kaiel TX (pronounced Kyle Texas) partners with organizations of all sizes—from boutique firms and nonprofits to global companies—to design custom wellness programs that nurture the whole person.

We believe wellness is more than a break in the day; it's a pathway to restoring clarity, balance, and vitality. Our offerings support not only physical health, but also mental and emotional resilience, stress reduction, financial well-being, intellectual engagement, and connection to environment—all essential elements of a thriving workplace.

Each program is thoughtfully tailored to fit your unique setting, time frame, and culture. Whether virtual or in-person, early morning or end of day, we offer sessions that meet your team where they are.

Our collective of experienced instructors, facilitators, and therapists lead individual, small group, and large group experiences—creating space for presence, renewal, and sustainable well-being.
